He serves on the boards of Force 10 Networks, Agility Communications, Vontu, Kasenna, Pathfire, Imperva, Velogix, Performance Retail, Object Reservoir, Notiva, Xponent, Synfora and Sierra Monolithics. Steve enjoys the role of coach and mentor to CEOs and finds it rewarding when he can help them consider new solutions or gain a broadened perspective on the market environment. The father of two, Steve serves on the board of Woodside Priory School and is a former executive board member of the National Venture Capital Association.
